From a formal gathering to a more intimate get together, THE BARN at Maple Lane is a rustic venue that offers up laidback charm with breathtaking views of our 50 acres of Christmas trees and all the natural beauty our 225 acre farm can offer.
THE BARN offers both an indoor and an outdoor space. For an indoor celebration, THE BARN offers approximately 2,000 square feet for seating up to 100 guests. You can take advantage of the simplicity of the space to create a custom-tailored event.
The outdoor space that is adjacent to THE BARN can accommodate a tent with a maximum of 180 attendees. The surrounding lawn and pond makes for a perfect setting for an outside wedding ceremony. The panoramic views establish the perfect backdrop for your wedding or event photos.
You can enjoy the freedoms of choosing your own vendors for the services needed for your event. THE BARN can recommend premier caterers and vendors upon request.

Kim and Allyn were so helpful not only in the months, weeks, and days leading up, but were on site helping ensure things ran smoothly on the day of. The grounds are gorgeous and a beautiful backdrop to any celebration.
We chose to include the 1791 House for our bridal party and we all agreed- it was one of the coolest places to stay. Being able to walk across the street in between tasks was awesome and there was plenty of space for everyone.At the start of our search for a venue, we felt very discouraged by the hefty price tags and preferred vendor lists. Maple Lane was incredibly affordable for budget- even including the accommodations for our bridal party.
